Shipping and Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority, so we ship fast and make any returns fast and simple!

Domestic Orders (48 States):

Domestic orders usually ship within 24 hours, and arrive in 3-5 business days on average. We ship from different locations in the United States to make sure you table arrives as soon as possible, and all standard shipments ship with Fedex Home Delivery. Insurance is provided for free in all domestic orders. Options for Expedited and Rushed Shipping are also available.

Alaska and Hawaii:

For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, we use the Priority Mail service from the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship these orders within 48 hours of receiving your payment in most situations. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery, but shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 7 days.

APO / FPO :

Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and usually arrive within 5-15 business days. These packages ship with Parcel Post, so tracking on these orders may be a few days behind. We usually ship APO/FPO orders within 48 hours of receiving.

Expedited Orders:

When you place a rushed or expedited order we can do our best to ensure it arrives on time. We use Fedex and the USPS to ship expedited orders. If you have a certain date you need the table by, be sure to let us know, and we will do our best to ensure it arrives by that date.

Canada:

We ship many tables to Canada, and delivery usually takes 3-6 business days. Canada orders ship with Fedex International Ground, and usually ship within 24 hours.

International Orders:

International Orders are all shipping with the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will ship to any country with Priority Mail International. Delivery with Priority Mail International usually takes 6-10 business days, and international orders usually ship within 48 hours. If you have a large order, or want to resell our tables in your country, please contact us.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied, you can send the table purchase back within 30 days of ordering the item for a full refund. If you wish to return the table, simply contact us and we will email you a return shipping label. When returning a table, please ensure that all the parts are in the package, and that the table is in new condition.
